How do I get the tickets that I buy on Tikez?
Easy, after the payment procedure is closed, you’ll receive an e-mail of the booking confirmation with a link and a private code which allow you to download all the tickets you bought. Tickets and voucher purchased will be sent in a ZIP file.
How do I do if I made a mistake in booking an event for a specific day?
